Positive Heart-Warming Story in a Slumping Real Estate Market

Since the news is giving such negative information, we wanted to share a positive heart-warming story.  Two little girls, Lauren and Lindsey were pre-school classmates.  Their  Moms, Dawn and Lisa (my daughter-in-law) were having the usual conversations, when Dawn asked Lisa if she knew of a good Realtor.  Before Lisa could answer, my Granddaughter, Alexis, proudly  said “my Blinkie is a Realtor.”&nb sp; Now, we know not all Grandmothers are called “Blinkie,” that is another cute story!

Within a short time, Dawn and John Dittig hired me to market their home.  The home selling process took a few months during a slower sales period.  Dawn and John,  being great clients, worked very hard to stage their home and price their home favorably.   All of the hard work and  cooperation on the part of Dawn and John paid off, when a new family moving to Atlanta with UPS purchased their home.

We then began their new home search—quickly!  We found Dawn, John, Lauren and John Ross a new home which is larger and perfect for a growing family.  The best of all, we will have a growing friendship with Phyllis Durham & Associates.

My Granddaughters sent me a great gift—a referral.  We ask that you all remember the highest and best compliment to our team is a referral.  Your recommendation to a friend or family member is indeed a great gift!
