  2009 Crystal Phoenix Award Recipient
For nearly 100 years, the Atlanta Board of REALTORS has set an industry standard for professional excellence. 2009 is the 50th year since the Million Dollar Club was formed to recognize members that exemplify the highest caliber of real estate professionalism and service.
The Board has established the prestigious Crystal Phoenix Award to honor members who qualify for twenty consecutive years in the Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club. Phyllis received the Crystal Phoenix in March 2009.
Phyllis is a member of the Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta office. Her goal is to always be on the cutting edge in order to provide the smoothest transactions for her clients. She has spent over 25 years in real estate, with some emphasis on relocation. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and has assisted executives, professionals, and retirees in finding homes while minimizing risk and hassle. Her other professional designations include:

When I received the Phoenix Award in 1999, I sent a thank you note to family, friends, and clients because the award signified 10 years of shared success. Since the beginning of my career, it is because of you that I get to do what I love. That’s why I’m thrilled to tell you about another meaningful milestone.

It has been such a pleasure to work with you that I could not celebrate such a notable award without sharing it with you. As the real estate industry has changed dramatically during the last few years, I’ve learned that my relationships are stronger than ever. I’ve always been at my best when I set my focus on serving you. That’s never going to change.
